SUBJECT
: The purpose of these conditions are to define
the rights of the customer and his obligations
at the time of the realization of products
by A French Rose.com. A French Rose reserves
the right to modify those terms and conditions
at any times and this, without notice. These
modifications will have no incidence on the
pending orders. .
1.You
must be a legal adult 18 years or age
or of legal age in your country to purchase
graphics from A French Rose.
2. You agree to pay in full for all
images designed and/or produced in conformity
with the book of specifications by A
French Rose for which you have placed
an order.
3. We reserve the right to hold your
final designs until which time a business
check or funds transfer has cleared
the issuing account.
4. Payment must be made IN FULL for
orders less than $800 US before we will
start on your project. Only after payment
is received and has cleared will you
receive your completed design. For all
orders over $800 US, we require 50%
of the total order to be paid in advance,
before we will start on your project.
Then upon completion of the design and
approval of the sample designs, then
remaining 50% balance must be paid in
full before you will receive your completed
designs.
5. In French Rose.com reserves the right
to put its creations in its portfolio
or any other medium ensuring its promotion.

For designs which require photographs
of a person(s) or model(s), the purchaser
agrees to provide licensed images that
they wish to be used for their design.
A French Rose will not supply any images.
If the purchaser does not have their own
images, A French Rose can recommend a
legal image provider or choose the photographs.
Nevertheless, this will generate additional
charges.
2.
Any finished project which will have
been conceived according to the respect
of the book of specifications beforehand
establishes, and for which modifications
will be necessary will be the subject
of additional charges.
3.
The purchaser hereby releases A French
Rose from any and all legal actions
or monetary settlements arising from
the purchaser providing us with unlicensed
images or content to be used for the
development of their design.YOU ARE
WHOLLY LIABLE FOR ANY LEGAL OR MONETARY
RAMIFICATIONS ARISING IF YOU PROVIDE
US WITH UNLICENSED IMAGES FOR YOUR DESIGN.
4.
All model(s) appearing in ANY images
that the purchaser provides for use
in the construction of their design
must be of 18 years of age or older,
and the purchaser affirms that they
have, maintain, or can gain access to
records that confirm the legal age of
the model(s) that appear in those images.
5. We do not design graphics depicting
beastiality, child pornography, or any
actual violence that causes real harm
to another person(s) body or any type
of illegal sexual situations: (ie. torture,
rape, murder...).
6.
I solemnly declare and affirm that I
have read, understood and agree to all
of the above statements and wish to
conduct business with A French Rose
in a manner that acts within ALL of
the statements presented by this agreement.

For all specific orders corresponding
to no formula mentioned on A French Rose.com,
or for bulk orders, the prices will be
specified to the customer on the quotation.
2.All
payments must be made in the form
of one of the following: checks,
money orders or epassporte.
